Hira's Steak And Sushi

My entire family and I have loved Tony and his restaurant since they opened. It is by far the best sushi I have had, including my years in New York. They take pride in their product and always serve the best rolls. I highly suggest the 12/12 or the harus special rolls. Also order the crab seaweed salad as you appetizer. So good, even though I got enough for 4 people last week, writing this review has me craving more now!

I ordered takeout at dinner and they said it would be 15 min. It was ready and waiting when I got there. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a Rainbow Roll, the Pink Lady and gyoza. The pink lady had mango on it and I was worried it wouldn’t taste good but it was delicious. I definitely recommend this place.

We made reservations to have dinner here last Saturday and when we walked in the place was absolutely packed . This restaurant isn’t following any Covid 19 restrictions whatsoever. The hibachi grill tables were packed and people waiting for a table and all standing super close to each other, masked and unmasked. We have eaten here several times before Covid but because of their lack of concern for public safety we will never eat here again. I’m super disappointed with the management and the lack of social distancing. Needless to say we left and didn’t eat there last night .

Great place for sushi! Great lunch specials and very friendly staff. I went right after the lunch crowd, so there was little to no wait. They also have a hibachi grill, but I haven't had the time to try that. I did witness a hibachi "show" while I was there, and the staff seemed to be very entertaining. Great food, nice quiet environment. This wasn't my first trip, and it probably won't be my last!
