I ordered with the app, and my food was ready pretty quickly when I arrived. The fry box wasn’t full and they were a bit soggy, but the flavor was good. The spicy chicken sandwich was excellent, I’d definitely order it again. It was a pretty empty place — I was the only customer in there for about half an hour at supper time. Strange.

This place is legit. Staff is always nice, the food is delicious, and they have always gotten my order right! Which is a rarity at most chicken joints. PRO TIP: Get the app!! I've had a couple occasions now where they throw a free full combo plate in the Rewards tab. I'm kind of mad I've passed this place so many times... I didn't know. But now I do, and so do you! Go get you some delicious 🐔 from Zaxby's today!

Hands down the best chicken tender fast food restaurant! If you're a fan of fried mushrooms, you've got to check out Zaxby's. Their food is great. The facility is clean and very well kept. The beverage dispensers are very updated with touch screen beverage choices. You'll love this place if you work for Door Dash or Uber Eats! They have out a well-labeled baker's rack with the orders on the appropriate rack.

Visited in person a little while ago & ordered delivery. Have never received an incorrect order or missing items, and the food is always cooked to perfection. Family size meal is perfect for our home and fills everybody up with a healthy amount! Have to mention it since this was an employee: Just hope that creepy old guy is gone, the way he was talking and looking at teenage female employees (of which there were a lot, at least at the time) was soooooooooooooo sketchy and has NOT gone unnoticed, was surprised to find out my best friend knew exactly who I was talking about. Old guy is not proficient at in stealth let’s just say that 🤣

This was the first time I have been here, but my family loves their food. The chicken fingers were great! Very moist chicken and good flavor. The sauces, however, were terrible. Their "Zax Sauce" was just meh. Their ranch tasted bad too. The dining area floor was sticky and there was a large wet area (with a sign). Seemed to me like it wasn't being paid attention to? The workers were very nice though.

Every time we try to go here there is some issue. We pull in at 6 and they are closed, but all their lights are on. We pull in and they start to take the order, but stop and say they are closed. It never fails. I love zaxbys and they have good food, I just wish they wouldn't close all the time or make excuses on why they can't serve anyone at that moment.
