Great place. Cheap beer, cheap food. Really fast and friendly service. We showed up just after last call for food and they opened the kitchen to make us some jumbo dogs.
Everything is better than you expect for the price you're paying, there's no other way to put it.
Lots of TVs and they're playing what you want. Cheap billiards too.

Local could/should be considered an historic site. Tasty Tavern meals. My favorites are the meat lovers pizza and club sandwich. Fish and chips looks good and sizable. Surprising to also find Jamaican goat patties on menu. One of the few places to grab a meal and some drinks, where prices have not sky rocketed.

This place is awesome. I've heard about this place for about 4 years and never got around to visiting. Finally got there and was sorry it took so long. Great atmosphere, amazing prices, good food and live music is returning soon, apparently. Had a loaded hot dog and a giant beer (quarts) for $12.40 taxes in.

This place is the definition of a good dive bar. Wings are cheap and weird. Beer is cheap and tasty. The service is usually great. The events are interesting. This place has history and is guaranteed older than you so what's not to love?

LOVE this place. Great prices, Kim was very friendly. Had a couple drinks and some pub grub on our first visit. Going to check out the live classic rock on Fridays.

Young Sam's tavern 🍺 is BY Far the best place to be in town family style tavern, affortable beer, top shelf ambiance, not one other bar ♥ is better. The absolute BEST. trust me. By the way, it is NOT a fancy place.
