The Big Biscuit

Still waiting for my refund the manager said he was going to give me, I ordered the haymaker and what I got was an old order that they just took out the biscuits that were in it and gave to me, how do I know? The gravy was heat dried, fries were stale and chicken was soggy from condensation, you can even tell they didn't even bother to atleast try and make it look like it wasn't someone else's old order, plus the little piece of buiscut that was in the gravy that they missed, could of atleast mixed it around and not let it sit scooted to the side where it was obvious there was a spot for the biscuits I didn't order...all the employees looked like they just seen death, not one hi or greet, manager paid no attention nor didn't care when i called aBout my order, I added a photo I hope the owner of this establishment sees this.

I came in around 9 am today. Like, any other restaurant they get busy after church services. I came in and was seated in less than 2 minutes. My server (I wish I remembered his name. Sweet young blonde man. Maybe his name started with an E) was sooo sweet. He and another young lady suggested a chicken plate and it was so darn good. I am very much of a picky eater. The chicken was fresh and crispy. The chicken and gravy soaked up into the biscuit nicely. I am stuffed. 10/10 would come back. The restaurant was pretty clean too.

We had a party of 6. We arrived early (before 9am) and chose outdoor seating. The menu was very good with a variety of omlets, pancakes, waffles and scrambler bowls. The biscuits are the best I've ever had.... they were large, fluffy and buttery. Service was really slow and We waited for an extraordinary amount of time for our food. They were busy, but I think that they needed more staff.. All of the food was well seasoned and flavorful but it was only luke warm. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will return.

This has been one of my best dining out experiences. We were seated almost immediately even though they seemed a little busy. Our server, Michael, was very attentive and the best server I have ever had. It was his first day but he was the perfect server. He was very patient and made sure we were okay on drinks. He updated us on our food along with apologized when things were a little slow. This is the best big biscuit I have been too and was very clean.

Used to love coming here. Not so much now. Last 3 times I received the food how they wanted to cook it & not how requested. I like my hashbrowns well done/burnt (yah weird I know but so yummy). Instead I get a barely cooked pile of mashed potatoes. Waitress didnt care & only got "well I told them" ya I get that, then dont bring it out & tell the customer oh well. I cant even eat it yuck. They dont care any more & it's so disappointing. Ok but everything else is good, biscuit & chicken fried steak. The waitresses are nice ...its the not care thing that gets me.
