Food was delicious. Great Thai flavors and even better service. Food can be very spicy, even the medium, so be cautious on spice, as Thai food is generally spicy. The Golden chicken wings were my favorite. Mango sticky rice was great. Also get the Mai Thai, it was awesome!!

We are from Hutchinson and a friend recommended this place to us. We missed the buffet by 5 minutes so we had to order off the menu. We were a little bummed but I turned out to be a blessing. We ordered everything we thought we could eat. 2 soups, duck, you name it. Everything was amazing and the service was fantastic. Prices seem high but the portions match up. My kid loved it all too! You will not leave hungry! We can not wait to go back!

SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL CHEF'S. They are your neighbors, they are the parents of your childrens play mates. Keep supporting your chefs,
please.
Your neighbors are trying to get a loan to keep the doors open on an incredibly talented local restaurant because there's no customers.
While literally 20 min away from this restaurant, there is commerical Thia chains that are charging twice as much. Wait times that are hours or already booked for the evening by 7pm.
So we drove here, to Bangkok Pavilion for our first Thai food experience. I've returned 3 more times 😁
If your new to Thia food, I highly recommend starting here. We really love this place.
Local Family owned and they work hard. It's very obvious of the pride the chef takes in his work.
The lady owner is very much working and involved with the dining side. Shes amazing. The menu has many choices but very clear descriptions and category. Shes patient and very happy to explain.
They would rather explain and help you choose, rather than make a meal you don't like.

If you ever wonder why this place always has an empty parking lot, it's not just you. I recently went in to order chicken pad thai for carry out. I didn't check what they gave me, but when I picked up the order, I noticed it was pretty heavy. Lucky me! I thought. When I actually got home and tried eating this, I went for a few minutes and noticed I hadn't tasted a single piece of chicken. So I started digging and found basically nothing but onions. Eventually I was able to pull out about 3 ounces of stringy chicken from about 3 pounds of noodles. I had to wonder if they had overloaded the noodles to make up for the lack of chicken, and when I went back to complain, they basically confirmed my suspicions.
They refused to give me a refund, and told me that I don't know what to expect from Pad Thai. I guess I've just been spoiled by the myriad of other places that serve it, as well as my Thai ex, so I appreciate the education. They said they wanted me to pay half for a dish I had to return to their restaurant, and I told them if they weren't going to give me my money back, they could keep the food and the money and I'd simple write a review. They decided this was perfectly acceptable, so here we are.
I dunno about you, but I don't want to buy food from people who cut corners with their customers, because if they are cutting those kind of corners, I can only imagine the other stuff they're doing that I can't see.
Go to Lemongrass Thai. Slightly more expensive, way better flavors, and they aren't a ripoff.

Our favorite thai restaurant was closed tonight so we went ahead and ordered from Bangkok Pavilion. We ordered three king soup (fire pot size), fresh spring rolls, chicken pad thai and pad lo mein. I really enjoyed the pad lo mein but wish there was more egg in it as compared to the large chunks of chicken that were somewhat dry.
I wish that the quantity of soup was a bit more and would justify the price point. The soup was tasty but could do with a bit of fish sauce for that extra flavor. There were a lot of frozen vegetables like cauliflower and broccoli in it but their website should have allowed me to choose a spice level for the soup as it did for the main course.
The fresh spring rolls were crunchy with the right amount of glass noddles and were very refreshing but there was hardly any chicken in there.
The chicken pad thai was a little too sweet but there was a good wok flavor in it. Again, there were big chunks of a bit dried out chicken in the pad thai.
It was an okay experience and they do have a good menu. I appreciate them packing the soup in a different bag than the noodles to avoid spillage. My pick up was prompt and the food was ready in 15 minutes.

All of the food was absolutely amazing. The Thai hot is actually hot. Larb gai, yum seen and thum muk hoong are my go to at every Thai restaurant and this place did not disappoint!!! I'll go back every trip I take to KC.

We came here during lunch time and had the buffet. They had plentiful various dish that we tried out. It was nice to be able to experience different flavors and spice levels that this restaurant had to offer. Food is fresh and rotated throughout our visit. You also have the option to order from their menu. We had a good experience and will come back again.

I have never seen a Thai Buffett and this was a glaring reason why. Pad Thai was good but no meat or spice. Golden Chicken was also super crispy but everything else was terrible. Drink was flat, seafood was rubbery. If I return I'll try a made to order dish.
