Pie Five Pizza Co.

I came to the 91st and Metcalf location yesterday Mothers Day late before 9pm. Anthony helped me. We were chit chatting as he made my order he was explaining to me that they nearly ran out of pizza dough this day because they were so busy and had an insane amount of orders. They didn't even have enough dough to make bread sticks at this point but he did throw in some courtesy dessert. You could tell it was a crazy day for all the guys on shift. I just wanted to point out how professional Anthony was even after a day like that and with it being end of day. Very professional, friendly, relatable, and all with a smile on his face. I noticed all of the guys on shift at the time were very professional and kind to the customers there. I just think they all deserve some recognition for doing a great job and handling the day at hand. Since it was mothers day I think their mothers would be proud!

The service and quality have gone down a bit at this Pie Five Pizza location. They messed up my order putting toppings on it they weren’t supposed to. I waited for them to make a new pizza and even that was done on the wrong crust type but I just went with it because I wasn’t gonna wait another 15 minutes for them to probably screw it up again.

Ordered online tonight, Arrived on time (6:30pm), checked in and told they were working on it, Waited 30 more mins for pickup to be ready. Watched them work an entire line of people and then be confused when I was standing at the pickup. Clearly lost my order or someone just quit handling online pickup. The pizza was fine, but not worth the price if it's not going to be convenient.
