Subway

Online order. Recieved 2 sandwiches that were utterly disgusting. Soaked in mayo. When i called they hung up on me twice. Third time the 'manager' assured me she made it herself and they were fine. The sandwich was white and dripping. The veggies were all wilted and stale. 23$ for sandwiches to be thrown in the trash?

this was one of the worse experiences i have had with a subway. the place was absolutely dirty, none the tables nor seats were wiped off. the lady at the register would take one glove off to ring some one up, touch money, she would turn around to put a new glove onto the hand she just touched the register and money with, then continued to make and touch the food. I personally work at a Subway myself and that is absolutely NOT okay. that’s going to make people sick. Their sanitizer bucket was out in the lobby on their tea maker. that is also against code violation. it is not a costumers job to wipe down their table when they are done eating. it IS the employees jobs to do it. they didn’t close my sandwich when i wrapped it they attempted to close it, it fell right back open, and wrapped it in the white paper then wrapped it. it was a mess to eat as i don’t get a lot on my sandwiches. this place is absolutely disgusting. things need to be changed here.

The lady working this morning 4/26/20 at 11am was extremely rude and unprofessional. Ordered through the app and no where did it give an option for a tip. When I went in to get my order the girl was very sassy and said I finished it 5 minutes early and muttered under her breath “almost like I deserved a tip” loud enough so I could clearly hear. She does not deserve a tip nor a job there. Will try to get in touch with a manager. Extremely unprofessional and petty

The service here is either very good or very bad. No in-between and it's usually due to whoever is staffed. Some will go above and beyond and listen and chat while getting you through in a timely manner while others just expect you to be doing all the work while they slap on whatever fits in their hand. By far the best I've had make my food for me was Shannon and micaela. I come in very often and they always do a spot on job.

The food was alright. The white bread was doughy. Needed to be baked a couple minutes longer. They took away the one sandwich we eat all the time... Ham, turkey, roast beef. When we asked for it the lady was rude and rolled her eyes and was snarky. Which was not needed at all. She could go just like that sandwich.. the other workers behind the counter were very kind and helpful.
