Jack In The Box

I have not been to a Jack in the Box in at least 5 years and was looking forward to a Sourdough Jack! As I walked into the lobby, I noticed the floors were extremely slick and slipped several times. Someone get a dehumidifier at this location! Try using the urinal with slick floors and see if you start doing the splits! Bathroom was also missing paper towerls. Aside from the slick floors, I was surprised at the poor quality of the food. Sourdough jack was not as good as I remembered. Seems like it was soggy. This location has ruined Jack and the box for me and may never visit another one again :(

Let me start off by warning everyone to please please read the reviews, you will then know about the risk you will be taking eating here. My experience: I went through the drive through this evening hoping to get some delicious food and enjoy the rest of my evening with my family. As I placed my order, I come around to the window and decided to add chicken strips to the order, The lady at the drive through (Josie) added the strips and tells me the new total which jumped several dollars for only 4 chicken strips so I asked if they gave me the meal or just the strips and she said just the strips I was very surprised and questioned it politely, she then proceeded to ask me what kind of fries I wanted and what kind of drink, needless to say I was confused. After I handed her my card she swipes it and then gives me my receipt and then I am asked to pull forward for my order, I realized that she didn’t give me my card back so I asked Her for it and she apologized and gave it to me, I am very very very suspicious of this since I had this exact same thing happen to me at another fast food restaurant where a employee at the drive through did the same thing and when we forgot to grab the card we find out the next day someone went on a shopping spree with our card after our bank flagged the card they notified us of possible fraud. Sadly that fast restaurant didn’t believe me until the detective pulled up the surveillance and caught 3 of the employees using our card at businesses nearby. Thankfully they were arrested and charged with a felony. Something doesn’t seem right here, the fact that Josie swipes my card and then hands me a Receipt without my card and asks me to pull forward. Not only was this a issue but her and The guy at the window were rude and not friendly at all especially the guy, when he brought the food to my window he didn’t look happy, I said thank you and he just turns around and walks away. I was missing all the sauces I asked for and even the straw for the drink I ordered. I was so worried about my experience here that I just tossed the soda in fear that it was maybe tampered with. This place needs new management, I don’t know who owns this Jack in the Box or Overseas its operations but you need to clean house and establish good management. People really do read reviews and often times it detours them away from businesses based on others experiences. Unfortunately, I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt and was left very very disappointed and will definitely not be returning to this Jack in the Box again.

My friend and I wanted to try something new to Us and decided on Jack In the box because it was close to home. We both ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and curly fries. Not only did we not have to ask for FRESH anything but the customer service was top tier. Food was so hot I welcomed the burn. If I have to say what they was missing it would be “My pleasure”. And that’s a stretch. Lol. Thanks Jack in the Box for making our first experience memorable. We will be back!

They took 45 minutes to prepare order for 4 while we waited in lobby to dine in. The burger was made wrong, one persons order was not made, and one person received the wrong fries. We waited another 30 minutes got the burger corrected and eventually the missed order. We had to remind them as we were leaving we still did not get the correct fries. They gave us fries after another 5 minutes with a bag of chocolate cakes. The dining area was not maintained we had to wipe tables and seats. The soda fountain was filled up with water the tray that covers it to sit your cup down was missing making it difficult to fill up a cup without dropping it in the water while keeping your distance from the machine because there was a pipe sticking out. the counters were sticky not able to sit cup down to put on lid. It was my daughter in law’s first time and it was her order that was missing.
