First time here, food was good. Cleanliness was not. Every table dirty, we wiped our own off to sit. Different if it was busy but only 2 other tables besides us. As we were eating one young lady came out to wipe tables and just wiped everything onto the seats and wiped around a cup sitting on the table next to us and moved on.

Good food always but these hours make no sense. Online it says open till 9, on the door it says open till 4 and here we are on a Tuesday at 2:30 and the doors are locked. I can almost guarantee you that you will save time by going to another potbelly’s first even if it is a little farther

Food was just alright. Absolutely awful customer service. Used to go to this place all the time and the workers preparing the food were more than happy to help. Unfortunately, it is blatantly clear now that they do not care about you and your order. Very disappointing, and not planning on coming back again.

Not sure of the quality of the food, but went into the store only to find they won't take your order in the store. You have to order online. Had to go back out to our car DOWNLOAD the app, which took a good 10-15 mins, then place an order for four people, then wait 15-20 mins for the order. Fast food this was not!! Still had to travel home with food 1/2 hr before we could eat because half the people we ordered for were home.

Food was good as any other sandwich shop..but sandwiches were a bit smaller .. prices were more than I would like to pay for a regular sandwich..

This place was awesome. The sandwich was awesome, and the sandwich maker was a real cool dude too. He overheard that I was going to be Sharing my sandwich with another guy was rad enough to cut it in half for us without us even having to ask!

Great customer service from Brian! We had food delivered to my work and one of the sandwiches came without avocado (which was extra) we called and spoke to Brian, who was very nice and offered to make it right. He went above and beyond and we appreciated that! Thanks Brian, we look forward to returning!

Food is consistently good. I just wish the service was a little faster. Every other Potbelly I’ve been to is more efficient with the prep line/checkout. Belly Bites are a nice option for kids.
