Buffalo Wild Wings

Being that I’m a truck driver I rarely get to order food when I’m on the road but I got a chance today. When I ordered my food online it didn’t add my birthday reward. The manager overheard me telling the cashier and he immediately jumped into action and rectified the issue immediately. Not slowing me down to get back to the truck at all. My food was ready and they made my beverage fresh. The cashiers were polite and the manager is the kind of manager I like. Listening to what’s going on in the store no matter where he is at. Don’t know if I will ever be back this way again but if I am I will definitely stop here with my husband for lunch.

The worst service ever.. bout a brisket sandwich with salad. I took a hour to get my food. First of all I didn't have no meat as you can see. Then It was cold as if they just let it sit there for the whole 40+ minutes that we were sitting here waiting... I will not ever spend another dollar with these people in Oxford, ms This place do not deserve to be in business... I wish I could give them no stars... TOOOO DISAPPOINTED & UPSET

My brother submitted his review for the food, I thought it was great, one of the cooks walked out and recommended I get a nacho with brisket and bbq sauce, his exact words were “it’s bussing” lol, for the most part I enjoyed the meal choice, who would’ve thought a handsome face could prepare such a great simple meal, I asked for his cell number and he gave me the restaurants number, I’ll be back Mr. Bruce ha ha.

food is decent but the service is always AWFUL, usually due to no fault of the servers. i understand lots of places are understaffed right now but this place almost always only has one or two servers for the whole dining room. takes forever to get food and refills because the server is so busy. makes you wonder about the quality of the business when they can’t retain employees and are always so understaffed.

Literally the worst restaurant experience i’ve ever had. The server only brought one of our drinks out which already took 20 minutes. It took 40 minutes to get the other drink, and over an hour to get our food. She didn’t bring any ranch with our food, when I asked for ranch, she brought back one singular ranch after 5 minutes. We had no drinks to eat out food with because by they time we could eat, we had no drinks left, and she never even got us a refill after asking multiple times. I usually am not the one to blame the waitress, but all of them were just standing around on their phones. There were multiple people who came in, ordered, and left before we even got our food. For a place that charges $20+ per person, you’d think there would at least be decent service. Will not be going back to this Buffalos ever again.

Stay away. There’s a reason Mugshot’s line was out the door and we walked right in. We had a group of 17, and there were incorrect orders, cold food, and people in our group that didnt have there food aftet 2 hours. There was not enough support to our waitress for the side group that we had. They should not have had her waiting on so many other parties.
