I would leave one star but it wasn't available. The lady that was running the front register was very rude!! I paid 20 dollars for my food and was giving a hard sandwich. We came between 330 and 425. And the lady was trying to argue back with the customer. What kind of excuse of a restaurant is this? We won't be back to this location. Please people don't visit this location. They are so rude and price gouging for the food. It's already hard enough out here without them adding to it. I will NOT be back to spend my hard earned money.

Kathy at the front took great care to make sure I got everything I wanted to eat, and even made a special effort to clarify details. She even noted where I'd sat and brought my order to me, above and beyond the normal process. Restaurant and bathroom was very clean, and back of house staff were on the ball to make sure everything tasted great.

Part of my lunch order was left out of my bag. Called manager Adam & explained. Drove 20 mins out of way to pick it up later and was treated rudely by tattoo lady with black ring in nose working drive thru. Proceeded to try to charge me again. I Offered my receipt. Told me they were not giving me another drink with an attitude...although they asked me what I wanted to drink. Was then sent to curb to wait while wraparound traffic orders were filled. I will not go back to the Oxford location. After a long day who needs that at a fast food restaurant? Not the best food in town i might add. And I will always check bag before I drive off anywhere else. But why do we have to check our order with folks sitting around getting paid to do it? Why? And why not have a system in place when you see part of an order is left laying on the counter? Chances are hungry paying people will come back for their food. Communication & courteous customer service goes a long way. I regret not getting my lunch at Popeyes.

I just want to say this "new" staff is a joke. I ordered a $10 salad and recieved a HALF full salad with NO TOPPINGS. I called the manager and was told " I've never heard of a Custermer complaining about having too much chicken in their salad." I explained to her that I'm upset that the salad isn't full and doesn't have what what it's supposed to have on the salad (blue cheese). Its like she didnt even listen to my complaint. She said I was told there was no cheese. The person taking my order RECOMMENDED THE SALAD! She did not tell me they didn't have the blue cheese and from then on insisted I was being rude. I was not being rude, she was being extremely rude by cutting me off and was being defensive the second I called asking for a manager. She offered me 25% off my next salad... what a joke! Idk what happened since they closed, but I am very disappointed! Especially with the new staff!

First off big Thanks to Nick the Manager and his crew on 5/27th it was crazy for our group to find a place that night because of graduations going on in the area. We went to 4 other places that denied us to come in to have a place to sit and eat from a long day of fun at 6 flags and it was late and slim picking for a place to rest before we had to keep going to Make it back home in Birmingham AL. NICKS CREW had great Attitudes despite how late it was and they gave us phenomenal service! I've worked in the food industry for over a decade and this was the most exceptional food service that I've experienced in a very long time! Hands down a place I would come back to when I travel through again!

Worst experience ever! The lady working up front around 4:00 pm on 06/12 she was very rude to my mom. They served a horrible sandwich, that was hard as a Rock, so she went to get a refund and the lady up front was so rude and proceeded to say we'll see about that. The manager didn't apologize. Bad customer service.
