Ordered steak and cheese. Received I guess it’s just plan turkey. Did not have time to take it back. No refund unless you take back sandwich. Guess I was supposed to starve!!! Definitely not steak and cheese!!!!

Loved the sandwiches they had. Yummy. Reasonable on prices. Sweet tea was great. Sandwich maker was super great, but tall cashier was the only downer. 1st time in, and will go back.

We always enjoy this location food is always fresh and amazing 10/10 friendly staff wait time isnt bad either. Very healthy full when we leave Hook and ladder is definitely a great choice and my husbands Steak and cheese was overflowing he said it was yummy for sure. The manager is so nice also.

Great service , the bread on there subs fresh , the sandwiches are superb an taste great. Fast service no long wait. The food looks just like there commercials and taste great, its worth taking a trip for a great sub.
