Kentucky Fried Chicken

Quality has been going down consistently for awhile at this location but last night was ridiculous. Ordered the winter family feast and when i got home found that one side was missing and some of the dark meat wasnt cooked thoroughly. When i tried to call the manager just handed the phone to someone else because she couldnt be bothered to respond and when my father went up there with the chicken to show them that it was indeed undercooked the manager refused to come out of the office to speak with him or even look at the chicken. Not sure why she seemed too scared to come talk to us about the quality of the food they decided to serve us. All i wanted was my forgotten side and replacement on the raw chicken pieces We got the mashed potatoes but no chicken and nothing from the manager. Will not be back to this disgusting location.

Shorted order, rude employee, hair in food. Ordered 16 pc meal in the drive-thru. One large bag was handed to me. I sat there for a few seconds to see if more was coming. Employee did not look back out so I asked, “is this all of it?” He looked out and said, “yeah”. Once at home I realized they left the 8 biscuits out of the order. I tried to call the store to inform them. The employee was rude and then said, “well come back and we’ll give you the biscuits”. I told him I was 20 minutes from the store and would not be coming back. He then asked, “well, why did you call then? Do you want to talk to a manager? There’s one standing right here.” When I told him yes, he put me on hold until I hung up (5 mins). Then to top it off, as I was serving myself some potatoes, I found a 2 inch black hair in them. No one in my family has black hair. Lazy, rude, and gross!

I can't honestly give these folks a very positive review although the chicken we received was cooked well and it was quite tasty we were shorted abreast and a drumstick. The biscuits were dry but the slaw was just about perfect, the mashed potatoes and gravy were okay but being shorted a breast and a drumstick was just unacceptable.
