Papa Johns Pizza

If I could put zero stars on this location I would. The manager has a horrible attitude. My husband ordered a 3 topping pizza and cheesy breadsticks. When the order was ready, it was pizza sauce on the box. On the sides and front of the box. I managed to get the sauce off the front so, it wouldn’t stain my car seat. When we got home from driving over 40 mins to order here. I opened the box and ate a slice of pizza. I didn’t know that she put ham all under the cheese on the pizza. So, I discarded the pizza and called the restaurant. The manager told me that my husband wasn’t clear when he ordered. She told me that he didn’t state any food allergies. She said it’s not her fault if someone gets sick from consuming the product. It’s the customer fault for not stating what their allergy was before ordering. She also told me that all the meats are mixed in. She basically told me I get whatever they make. She then hung up in my face. I paid $24.18 for a product that I had to throw away. The whole pizza had to be thrown away. I definitely will not be back because of the poor customer service. The fact I got food poisoning from consuming a product that I thought was made accurately. Do not eat here at all! P.S I would have included the pizza slices that had ham but, I threw the whole pizza away.

The service is horrible here. I ordered 2 pizzas online and came to pick it up only to find that one looked all torn up (all the crust was mangled on one side-- I regret that I forgot to take a pic before I brought it back). I immediately returned and had them cook another one. Then later I realized that they didn't even give me extra cheese and extra sauce like I requested. I will not come to this PJs again and I recommend that others don't so that you'll avoid their horrible service. ⛔❌

Both of my pizzas were great. They were made exactly how I ordered them and delivered with reasonable time. I did order one of the pies to be cut into squares and it ended up being cut I'm slices and in squares. It was cut into slices before it was noticed on the ticket. Simple mistake- the food really was delicious.
