Hooters

I have never had a problem eating at a Hooters. Great food. Love the atmosphere. It has changed because of the pandemic but the food and service is still Amazing. A personal note. I use to eat wings all the time but have had to cut back for my health and the salad is just as great. Grilled chicken is not dry and tastes so good. I highly recommend.

For me its a toss up between Wild Wings and Hooters, sure their approach is different, but the food is equally great at each. The added attraction of hooters is the gorgeous servers obviously, and this location has a great setup with the outdoor bar. They are in a great location surrounded by tons of other things to do while your waiting for lunch time to roll around. Overall, the food was great everytime we stopped in, and the service was great as well, keep it up!

I was visiting from out of state and went in to catch a bowl game. A seat at the bar was open and I settled in. Tatum was working the bar and was excellent. Cute, talkative, smart, and good when things got busy. I asked for recommendations on wing sauce, told her what I liked, and she gave me a few choices. Perfect. I'll go back.

I come here a few times a month to catch up with a good friend of mine. Each time I have a different Hooters girl and each time, they are all pleasant and very friendly. Their service is great and the food always tastes hot and fresh. One of the waitresses noticed my veteran status on my DL and offered me a veteran punch card. Little details like that go a long way with me. I greatly appreciated that. Makes me want to keep coming back. Hope all these lovely ladies get raises. They deserve it.

The manager called us the next day and was very apologetic. He worked hard to make the situation right with us and invited us to come back to give the restaurant another try. Our next visit was great. We love going to this Hooters now and have been back since my initial review about 5 times. It must have been an off day that day for the staff because every visit since has been exceptional. We will definitely be going back many times in the future. My husband and I went to this Hooters tonight. We have been here before as we live nearby in Peoria. Over the years, we have gone to many different Hooters establishments all over the country as it is one of my favorite restaurants. However, tonight was an awful experience due to lack of customer service by a specific server, Karlie, and the on duty manager (whom I did not catch a name for). Karlie seated us and got us water then forgot about us. She literally walked by our table at least 5 times over the next 20 minutes and didn't check on us even though I had made eye contact with her to let her know we were ready to order. A table that was seated after us received their food before we even ordered. And we only got to order because another waitress saw how upset I was getting at the awful service and came over to help us out. She quickly took over as our server as I wasn't going to stay if Karlie continued to be our waitress. During the time we were waiting, I had seen Karlie checking her phone, standing and talking with another waitress and just waiting for several minutes at the bar for 2 beers to be poured. She didn't even know she had forgotten us until our new waitress Daniella told her. After we received our food from Daniella, Karlie came over to apologize and say it was because she was so busy that had caused this to happen. IT WAS NOT BUSY. There was only 5 other tables with a bartender, a manager and 1-2 two other waitress working in the whole restaurant. I don't know if the manager was made aware of the situation but she should have noticed that 1 of the 5 tables was not being waited upon but she too was busy playing on her phone on multiple occasions. Thank you to Daniella for helping us out. Karlie and the manager should both take lessons from her on customer service if they plan on staying in their current industry!!
