Bob Evans

Server excellent! Professional and Pleasant! Broccoli is so called measured , it's only 4 tiny florets. Gravy is not hit! Mentioned it to the manager and they were not concerned and did not offer to make it right. I have been coming to Bob Evans for a total of 25 years. Like their quality and presentation in food has declined. It use to be so much better now they don't care!!! Mashed potatoes were not hot and food was at a low room temperature. I pray the Broccoli and Mash Potatoes were not sitting for a long period of time!!! The fried chicken was hot and satisfactory!

The staff here went above and beyond for our family. They were super friendly. I can't give them enough praise. The food was absolutely delicious. When I asked the hostess to give our compliments to the cook, she did without hesitation. We could see that the staff not only respected the customers, but also respected one another. The best attitudes I have ever seen in any restaurant I've visited. Hands down this restaurant was the best I've ever visited. The positivity that the staff here showed was absolutely amazing.

10/20/2021 Just got a quart of their chicken and noodle soup with some pumpkin bread for dinner. This "sponge" is not chicken, it LITERALLY has the texture of tofu and falls apart in your fingers. That was ALL the "chicken" in the whole quart too. The soup smells odd and it has a weird flavor, i am never eating at this bob evans again, how disgusting.
