Ordered my drink through the mobile app and used my free drink reward. First thing the cashier said was “this isn’t paid for” even after I said “I had a mobile order” and had the receipt. He didn’t even bother to check if that was the correct drink and it sure wasn’t. I ended up leaving because the guy was so rude and I didn’t have time for arguing.
I know it was busy but staff definitely needs to be more friendly. It’s not the first time they’ve messed up my order.

I wish I would have gotten her name, but the woman handing drinks out today (10am-ish) is seriously my favorite person on the planet. I always get coffees on my worst days and she makes sure I leave with a smile every time. This has been my 3rd or 4th experience with her and she’s honestly the best. As a manager, she’s the type of employee we need more of in the world!❤️

Customer service is not something that Dunkin seems to value - the employees do not even try to be polite and act inconvenience if you ask them for anything. I went through the drive through asked for a half-caff Americano, which I have ordered before. The lady said “we can only make coffee drinks half-caff, not americanos.” I said, in a polite tone, -“but an americano is espresso and water, don’t you guys have decaf espresso?” She let out the longest, loudest sigh, and then said shortly, “yeah, we do, fine. Anything else?”
I didn’t exactly ask for super complex drink. She just didn’t want to make it. She could lied and told me they were out or something and that would have been an improvement from the response I got.
And it’s not just think Dunkin. Every Dunkin I’ve been to, the employees are grumpy and seriously sound like they don’t want to be there and they don’t want you to be there either.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. When I asked to speak to the manager or owner, the guy who YELLED at me through the drive thru speaker was the apparently the owner. He should not be allowed to own a franchise with the way he treats customers. I left, without my order, and will never go back.

I always going early in the morning! The two gentlemen that are there early are always awesome and friendly. I really appreciate these two! And the coffee is great.

University location. Took over 20 minutes for 4 drinks and my large iced mocha latte had ZERO coffee in it. I paid $5.19 for a large glass of weak chocolate milk. The drink was white with a bit of chocolate syrup on the very bottom..

Pretty good venti iced lattes. But i got charged 2x on my card and was unable to get refund on 1 of the charges because i didnt have a receipt. Beyond that, drinks were good

Terrible customer service at the drive through. The staff member was very rude, no personality or customer care what so ever. Dunkin’ Donuts should really consider who they put in front of their customers. This individual should never been in the public sector or at least be trained on how to greet people paying their salary.
