Terrible service anymore. Delivery takes twice as long as estimated, was told 50 mins, was 45 mins late. Food had obviously been sitting for at least that 45 mins, cold and congealed cheese. Had to re-cut the pizzas because they wouldn't tear apart. The lack luster customer service is painfully apparent. Do yourself a favor and heat up a frozen pizza from now on. This type of service seems to be everywhere these days in the food industry, not worth the money anymore.

Waited 2 hours for an order. No one showed up. Called and they said it was on the way. They then canceled the order and marked it delivered. Called again and manager wouldn't even acknowledge an issue. No apology. Hung up on us. So far no refund.

Drivers don't follow delivery instructions or the store doesn't pass the appropriate information onto them; either way, someone's not doing their job. My order was marked as delivered and was not; I have emailed customer care to get a refund. Avoid

Way overpriced and not worth the money. Took them twice to deliver the right order after dropping 95 bucks for 4 pizzas and some breadsticks. Wasn't my choice to eat there but the service was awful, the pizza was delivered cold and they messed up the order, then when bringing the correct order back, they also messed that one up too. I don't like chain pizza places, but This particular Papa John's might just be the worst.

Driver couldn't follow instructions to go to side door. Then got mad my dogs were barking at her and acted all scared even though they were locked in a different room with a door separating them and us. Walked away without giving me my change too very nice of her to assume I was gonna tip her after she didn't follow basic instructions.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery. Took an hour and a half to arrive. Only got one pizza and a sandwich instead. Pizza was cold. Currently on hold with customer service. 15 minutes and counting. Order# 903268376.

Edit2: 45 minutes in manager hung up without saying anything. Calling back
