This is the best KFC I have had. The store was clean, the staff was awesome and the food was fresh.

Fish wash very soggy and all broken up cause it was so soggy and shrimp was not good either like chewing on a rubber band , hush puppy's were over cooked and hard and dry In center !! Very disappointed!! Normally love long John silvers food only good tasting thing in the meals was the crackle from the batter droppings they fry and scoop up keep when they are make the battered food items !! Even drove to 20 minutes away from where I live to get it and was really hoping for good fresh food from Pickerington location and got the worse that I have ever gotten from any of their other locations !! Waste of time ,gas,money,and food that wasn't even eattable!!! 😒 😪😥😢😭😡

Food was okay. Seem to be a little drier than usual. Used in drive-through bit confusing when you have two different voices coming over the intercom.

Waited almost an hour in the drive thru just to hear them tell me they're closed when the car ahead of me WHO WAITED THE SAME AMOUNT IF NOT LONGER got to order. I'll NEVER be back here again and telling everyone about this experience!

I've been waiting for this location to open the dining room back up and wasn't disappointed. Food was as I remember growing up and the dining room was spotless

My experience was so good today that I had to write a review. My fried fish was perfectly crispy and piping hot! The lady at the window brightened my day with her big smile and happy demeanor and the service was fast.
