Giovanni's Pizza

Wings were large and fall off the bone. I had a regular crust meat pizza and added extra cheese with hot sauce. Perhaps on my next visit I won't add the extra cheese and just get regular marinara. The pizza was delicious and very cheesy. The crust was relatively thick on the verge of a pan crust. It was very good. I believe it would have been better with something besides just hot sauce. Rather than a spicy tomato sauce it was something like Texas Pete. It was good but I believe just a regular sauce would be better. Regardless an all around good experience.

First, I want to give Gionino's a big thumbs up for their service.  Our call was answered promptly and the staff was kind, courteous and professional.   The pizza was ready when promissed, hot and fresh. Second, regarding the pepperoni pizza we ordered;  The crust was thick but not doughy.  It had a nice buttery flavor without being overly greasy.  And by some magical, the dough was still soft and tasty as leftovers through the second day.  The sauce was not too spicy for me, who likes it sweet, and not too sweet for my wife who likes it spicy...it was well balanced. Overall an A+.  We will definitely be back!

I am a frequent costumer and have always had a great experience, but today I was disappointed. The food was amazing as usual, I was upset by the way some costumers were being addressed as well and some comments that could very clearly be overheard from the back. When costumers would enter there was some strong profanity being used while assisting them with their orders as well as from employees in the back. This was concerning especially due to the fact that my children were with me to pick up our order.

Thought I'd try a new pizza place. Not again. The pizza was literally dripping grease. I tried to lay it on paper towels to dry it out, but it was too disgusting to eat. Notice the picture where I picked up the slices. Look at how much grease was left after picking up a slice... the picture really doesn't do it justice. Yuck.
