Nice location. Nice staff. But be prepared with a full charge on your devices because they no longer let you plug in due to the homeless and loiterers. Also limited tables available. So if you're looking for a long stay facility go to the one on McKnight.

Starbucks is my #1 go to EVERY morning I work. My coffee is always made as ordered and tastes great, EVERYTIME! I really enjoy their seasonal drinks and I'll grab a bakery item once in awhile (banana-walnut bread or a brownie). I highly recommend Starbucks to anyone, because I believe they have something for everyone.

Lydia that was working with Seth and they were absolutely so sweet. She was super bubbly and they were super busy but still had time to chat with their costumers. Lydia is awesome and if I could give her ten stars then I would!

Great, cozy and comfy location. Friendly staff. Typically crowded (get here early) and might be a bit loud for calls.

A Starbucks atmosphere does very well for a relaxed environment to enjoy the cuppa. Loved that the server insisted! she knew how to spell my name- she did, the Starbucks-way, which is expected and wonderfully funny.

Very friendly staff, clean facility, and convenient location. Smaller than most of the Starbucks in town, but that's part of their charm. They have a group of morning regulars who greet each other and tease the staff, which is nice. And it's located across from Heinz Hall, so it's a convenient place to stop for coffee before a performance.

This is a Starbucks in the Good Place. May not be as friendly as Market Square, but can be just as charming as a Starbucks can be. It is cramped in there, but at least it grew in size from its original opening. It is busy place but it’s size makes it streamlined. No room to display custom created drinks, but there is a little trivia board there.

After a difficult experience at another local Starbucks my son and i decided to go to this location. There was an issue getting a reward coffee that showed up on my app but not on their end. Ahead of us were a group of difficult teenage girls and the barista stayed calm and collected the whole time with them. I know us being next wasn't helping the stress but he went above and beyond to solve our issue and stayed positive the whole time, even with us spilling a drink and making a mess in the process. This will be my first choice from now on when i go into town
