Spilly's Bar-b-q

After a long weekend we decided to go for a quick bite to eat. I wanted REAL food. Not happy with some other local BBQ places I passed it on my way home so we decided to try it. We walked in the place is so cute! They even have some outdoor picnic tables. It smelled so good! The gentleman working was super friendly and sweet. The food was Amazing and a LOT of it. It was so delicious and reasonably priced. My husbad a big guy got the bigger meal and he actually brought some home and a half rack of ribs for later. I would definately give them a try! I had the chicken, mac and cheese, cornbread coleslaw all was really good. Wil definately be back.

First time here. My husband and I shared the combo plate with brisket & shredded pork with meat beans and mac, and the 3-slider sandwiches with slaw. All very delicious! The little cornbread muffin was tasty, I loved the spice to it. The BBQ sauce is sweet. The brisket was amazing. We'll definitely be eating here again. We had a taste for BBQ and it got the spot.

I am so glad my husband and I finally tried this hidden gem. We got the pulled pork sandwich with a side of cornbread and mac and cheese. The food was ready quickly and was fantastic. Some of the best BBQ we’ve ever had. We really liked the atmosphere of blues music and the wonderful smell of burning wood from the smoker. Recommend everyone giving this place a try when they are on route 51.

So I have lived in the area many years and feel like I'm always on the hunt for good bbq. I might have found a new place here. I had the brisket sandwich which was only $10(a steal for the size of it) and it came with slaw. I'm not a huge slaw fan but my mother who is liked it a lot. The brisket was super tender and soft. I put a dab of their homemade bbq sauce on it and all I can say is I cant wait to order it again.

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you're greeted with the lovely aroma of smoked meats. I ordered the sliders combo, which includes Chicken, Pork, and Brisket. All three were delicious, especially when mixed with the various sauces provided on the table. It's hard to cook a brisket while keeping it moist, but Spillys nails it. I will definitely be returning.
