Taco Bell

I’ve frequented dozens of Taco Bell franchises and have determined that this is the worst one nationwide. Sadly, it’s the one closest to my home. The lobby is inconsistently open and they skimp on ingredients, most promotions don’t work here (you’re not at the airport, you’re in residential Plano, come on). The locations on Parker and 75 or Ohio and 121 are far better.

All the women here are very kind, there’s a guy that works here who has an awful attitude. When I pulled up and asked for an accommodation that I had said at the screen that I guess he didn’t hear, he got really snappy and said I had never mentioned it.. what good does it do for me to lie at the window about something I mentioned earlier? Dealt with him a second time and I couldn’t pull up my order cause the app messed up, he was pretty rude and would not give me my order so I had to get back in line and find it in my email. When I went back up to my window he didn’t even ask to see my email and just asked what I got and gave me the order. Literally did not understand why he couldn’t do that in the first place. I now completely avoid this location and now go to the one off of Ohio and McDermott.

Great service! I appreciate that even though the dining room was closed, they still got me my mobile order at the drive thru. I ordered the classic combo with a crunchy taco, beefy 5-layer burrito, cinnamon twists and large Mountain Dew. The taco and burrito were tasty and taco sauce packets were included just as I ordered. There was a generous amount of cinnamon twists, which I appreciate. The Mtn Dew Baja Blast kind of tastes like fruit punch. I like the flavor.

Great food and excellent customer service! My car broke down about a mile down the road from this Taco Bell... car was towed and we walked back to Taco Bell ...freezing cold weather and it was 11:30pm ... Even though Taco Bell was closed on the inside, they allowed us inside to warm up and wait for our ride. Thank you to the employee Owais and management who helped us out in a time of need.
