This is not a bad Nando's. The food is always fresh. It's quick. Every time I have gone here they have got my meal right. For 5 stars they just need to offer a bottle of cold tap water with your meal.

we ordered through phone and found she took fully wrong order and left the duty before we reached. We explained to the new guy and he doesn't want to serve. We said well done but they practically burnt the chicken and chips were too much oily. And at the end very unwelcoming behavior from that guy and didn't even say goodbye at time left. This was our only favoured nandos, but if we get this type of very poor customer service, we will definitely rethink before to visit again with my family.

I was seriously tempted to call the store (whilst standing at the front counter) so I could place my order...despite the staff looking at me numerous times from the kitchen.
Salad fresh, chicken well cooked. No dressing on the salad though and the "lemon and herb" was mild-hot.

The chicken and burgers are always made well and we enjoy getting our Nandos fix from here, we do find that the wraps seem like they don't have that much ingredients in them though, the service is always fast and friendly

Food is great, most of the staffs are great except 1 ov lady who won't listen to cust orders and requests at all. Been there a few times n she always give nasty look to custs. Toilets are smelly all the time.

Was a nice place to go out, fast service and a nice meal, apart from the mayonnaise on my order was all at the bottom and not spread around. The others enjoyed though.

One of the people who works here is an AMAZING cook. I always make sure to go when he's serving. I believe this guy's name was Harry. Definitely deserves a raise.
