I don't know what's happened here since we last visited in 2021. I think it was around mothers day some time.
Today we ordered the calamari, which in itself was fine, but the dipping sauce was just awful. No flavour at all. I could guess it was just plain , cheap Mayo??
Saganaki was as expected.
Mains, I had the garlic prawns. I am a huge garlic lover, but this sauce was too thick and heavy.
My partner had the ribeye that was on special. It was great, but the accompanying onion ring well over cooked, to a crisp.
Well try again another time, hope it's back up to standard by then.

Recently went here on a Saturday night after reading a few reviews. Quite a few people there showing that it was reasonably popular. Good for families. Staff was friendly and the service was reasonably quick. Reasonable menu without being too expensive. The only thing would be to update the menu on the website to what is currently being offered at the restaurant. As the online version had more options but was told by a staff member (after showing her), that it may of being changed. Overall, was happy with my overall experience and will go again.

we tried to book a table in the café area with playground attached. unfortunately they couldn't/ didn't want to accommodate us at one table inside the restaurant/ bistro, even that all tables were available. all set for dinner already apparently. We got a table in a corner section suited for a quick coffee. bit of a hassle to supervise the kids and a bit disappointing, as all tables were free .... maybe try to accommodate guests, rather than be worried about your dinner set up, giving the fact that we actually ate meals from your bistro menu... food was nice

Haven't been back here in a long time - maybe even 12 months. What a change this place has had. Definitely not the inviting warm atmosphere it used to be. None of the lovely girls that used to work there are there anymore, it is full of grumpy staff and management that could care less about customer service.
What a shame, used to be such a lovely place that my family and I dined at regularly. Probably won't be back again.

For a restaurant that provides take away food and preventing dine in customers from taking away left over food is a bit ridiculous. I get that they want to mitigate risk, but failing to let customers know that dine in food is not available for take away is not right. We supported this restaurant many times and through covid, but after our experience tonight, I would never go there again.

The staff are so rude, unhelpful and horrible!
Christopher the so called “venue manager”’is nothing but a condescending arrogant person! I had 18 people in attendance for a end of year school function, he was not willing to try to accommodate any of my small requests instead kept saying no, no , no we don’t do that! Requests were not big…. Eg: sitting closer to the playground! Getting a few jugs of water for the table… he wouldn’t even bring us a few jugs of water we had to go up and get them ourselves!!
I had to ask repeatedly for the plates to be cleared it was horrible! What kind of venue manager is this! Who can’t even get water for our table Will take our business elsewhere

We met up with 9 friends here on a Fri night for dinner, the food was ok, pub food but nothing that would make me want to go back there. We were all literally kicked out by 9pm, so not a good place to socialise. I think it's probably better for families who just want to eat and leave. I had steak sandwich with chips, it was ok, lots of chips. Others had the calamari, a couple of the ladies had salads which looked nice.

Recently attended the venue.
The man that saw us in was lovely.
However, my SIL ordered a Parma only when 1/4 of the way through did we notice it was pink. She immediately took it up and just asked if she could speak to the manager about the issue.
He then tried to argue with her that she’d eaten 90% of it, when it was evident, she had not. He didn’t offer a new meal, a “$13” refund, nothing. She stood there demonstrating how If she had eaten said “90%” of the Parma, that the Parma would have had to be the size of the plate.. which it wasn’t, sizings run on the smaller size. After that, he then said “say john sent you to the bar, free drink” she didn’t need a new drink, she needed a new meal. Poor excuses to not refund $13 atleast.
