The Burrito Bar

Just amazing. The food, the service, the atmosphere, and the cocktails are perfect! The waitress was kind and efficient, the food was quick and delicious, and the chef came to check we were enjoying our food. I went with 2 South American friends that confirmed the food is authentic and substantial in size. I had the large chicken enchiladas and tequila sunrise (pictured) and they were perfect. I can only put the bad reviews down to entitled, needy, and greedy reviewers as this restaurant is nothing like they describe. I hope Burrito Bar stays open forever as it is my favourite Mexican restaurant. ❤️

This was the worst Mexican I have ever had in my life. Freezing cold. No effort put in what so ever. Burrito was literally three bites that’s how small it was. It was soggy must have been sitting there for a long time. Completely uneatable. I spent over $80 on this take away and it was so terrible. Never ever again. Don’t waste your money.

Like everyone one is i wanted to give it -10 My wife was craving for Mexican so we went and itterly disappointed i ordered grilled chicken fillet burger never seen fillet diced before also herbs it tasted bitter please for the love of God dont serve food just serve drinks i never ever have left food and didnt finish, i guess there is first time for everything. Service was bad they both the napkins and cuttlery 5 mins after they served food .. I hope you shut down soon and do is all a favour

Visited: Jan 2022 Order: 2x regular Burritos and 10 wings Tiny portions. Horrible customer service. Food tasted okay. My partner and I both ordered a regular burrito and was pretty shocked at how small it was, it was about 8-10cm long (fork for scale).We also ordered 10wings, while we were waiting for our order we were asked by one of their staff if 8 wings were okay because they ran out. No other offers or compensation to replace the two missing wings, just if 8 is okay. We asked if they can give us some corn chips and dip on the side to replace the missing wing, the chef/owner said no it’s worth too much. Corn chips and dip is pretty standard for a Mexican place and it’s worth f* all, we weren’t asking for nachos. Two minutes later they magically found more wings. In every other restaurant we’ve been, if they can’t fulfil an order they’ll offer a refund and kindly ask the customer to order something else or they’ll proactively smooth things out with the customer; none tried to be penny pinchers and bicker with the customer over $1 worth of corn chips and dip. This place either has no concept of customer service or tried to get away with serving customer less food.

Over an hour to get the food. This was apparently a half rack of ribs, it looks more like a children's meal. I don't even cook, but it's painfully obvious that if you cook chips and wrap them up in a paper bag, they will get soggy. The chips packaging was literally wrapped like a winter blanket around the chips. It's also very unfair to call the Uber driver half an hour before your food is ready. How selfish can you be? Absolutely would not recommend. I wish I saw the plethora of one star reviews before my very own, one star review.
