Bob Evans

We stop at this Bob Evans during our trips to Spring Training games. There’s usually a wait on the weekend mornings. The service has always been good and the restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained. I took off a star as during our last visit I ordered a western omelet, however the pieces of ham and pepper were definitely not cut small enough (large chunks over an inch large). Also, the butter on the toast tasted strange, almost like the liquid butter they drizzle over popcorn at the movie theater. I’ve never had this issue before but felt it was worth pointing out.

This was a delivery from Door Dash. First they did not have any Banana bread which was one of the reasons I even ordered from Bob Evans. It was too late to cancel because the Door Dash guy as already there. Then they forgot my one separate order of mac and cheese. Of course everything was cold but that seems to be Dashes problem the last three orders from Dash have been cold. Now here is the topper, I had 2 gift cards and online they would not take either one. Which was another reason I chose Bob Evans. They are lucky they received 2 stars. They wouldn't of if the soup wouldn't of been so good,

Our waiter was great. The assistant manager wasn't. My family and I live in Miami. We don't have a Bob Evans so we try to stop whenever we can. Unfortunately, we decided on this location. Our waiter was told after we ordered that there was no chicken. It sucked because I ordered the grilled chicken Cobb salad with avocado. The waiter asked if I wanted the steak or shrimp. I decided on the steak. The assistant manager told our waiter that there would be a three dollar upcharge for the steak. Now how y'all gonna charge the customer three dollars when Bob Evans was the one that didn't have the chicken? Manager had this type of attitude to him that made me just cancel my order. I guess my man went to a school where three dollars is better than 14 dollars. Also, some customers left because they weren't getting drinks because of lack of communication between the waiters. The manager needs to work on keeping customers instead of making them leave. Banana bread was still fire though. Lol.

We loved it. The food was great and staff was amazing super friendly with great customer service. We did have a long wait but it was Fathers Day so thats always expected plus we had a large groupof 16. We enjoyed ourselves breakfast was great, I ordered the farmers breakfast with french toast and hashbrowns and bacon 5 stars and my boys had the whole pig breakfast they enjoyed every bite....Thanks Bob Evans

The food is generally good but they show the portion size 3 times larger on their website. That's false advertising. I'm referring to a seafood dish they have that comes with 2 pieces of fish, fries, choices of salad, soup or fruit cup. I chose fruit cup. Bi-I-I-I-g Mistake!! It was like a toy size fruit cup. Then there were only 3 grapes looked like they had been smashed. There was 1 slice of apple & 1 kiwi. Worst fruit I ever seen. I said seen because I didn't eat that fruit. The Best fruit salad I had was at TGIF!!! In fact it was on the kid's menu. But it was in a large container. It had slices of oranges, strawberries, grapes, pineapples. And it was Fresh! More importantly there was no Photo of this fruit salad on kid's menu. So I was pleasantly surprised. Especially since my order was to go!
