Mcdonald's

If you order inside, you have to use the kiosk then wait for someone to help you at the register to pay. It took 21min for this to happen last time I was there. The manager said she's the only one that could run the register- meanwhile, there's 15 other people and shes bagging food instead. She was very unpleasant and didn't seem to be concerned about a 21min wait to pay after ordering. Then, I had to wait almost 15 more minutes to get my food. My order was incorrect after all of that. Maybe they need better employees or managers, I'm not sure. If my daughter wasn't set on McDonald's, we would have walked out. Ridiculous.

There's nothing like 2am Large Fries and a Large Coke.. But lately it's been "sorry the system is down", more than a few times.. I ask myself; How can a bank of deep fryers go down all at once, and I know for fact that they weren't being filtered or cleaned at the time. Regardless the Fries and Coke are all on point when I do get them, especially just dropped fries... Good God they are great. 7

I ordered from the mobile app to make it quicker. Got there they couldn't find my order even though I had my mobile number. When I finally got to the window they didn't have slushies and had to pass the whole store if anybody knew about slushies. Meanwhile they have formed at the drive through window laughing and carrying on while I am 20 minutes late getting back to work. This is not the first time this has happened at this McDonald's but, it will definitely be the last time I go! This is completely unacceptable I am now 20 minutes late going back to work if they can't get food done in a timely fashion they need to re-staff or get new management

I was very disappointed with the staff. At the first window I asked for a receipt, I was told that there was no printer, I will get one at the next window. At the next window, I was told to go to #1 and want, I again asked for a receipt. It took until my food was ready until I got a receipt. The workers were arguing with each other rather than getting my receipt. And after all that my food was wrong.

2 out of 3 meals were hot are good. The other meal was pretty bad. The sandwich seemed to have been prepared a while before serving. Bread was hard and meat was dry. Decided to give it another shot and what a disappointment. I didn't get my receipt, paid for a toy that I did not get, and the fries were cold and soggy. I had to take another 8 min drive back to the restaurant wasting my time and gas. I asked to speak with the manager, Juana, and as I'm explaining the problems with my order, she turns around and walks away from me. If this is how I get my orders and get treated by the manager, I guarantee it will be my last time buying anything from McDonald's.
