Little Taco And Tequilla

Got the holiday Frankenmarg for Halloween and it was delicious! Looked cool too! The bartender Re was wonderful! We were visiting from CA and she made us feel at home. She turned on the karaoke early for us and even joined in. Such a memorable time! Thank you so much, we had a blast and can't wait to come back!!! =D

Damn good tamales. Have been here twice, and have tried the chicken, beef, and jalapeno & cheese tamales, and they are delicious, well presented, and a feast for the eyes. Featured in the photo are the beef tamales. Did I mention that the tamales are overstuffed, so you get a ton of flavor? Customer service is great with a smile, and is a gem in the otherwise unsavory Chinatown district. Well worth the visit.

Superb tequila selections with a solid street taco menu. A whole wall of fantastic agave based liquors line the exposed brick wall of this small establishment. The tacos feature traditional mexican combos such as carne asada and barbacoa as well as fusion twists like Alaskan fish basket and buffalo chicken. Overall a solid place for saturday before, during or after 5 pm.

We got an introduction to Little Taco's food at an event in the Chinese Garden nearby, and made the acquaintance of their tequila in person at the storefront. Everything was a delight. I was particularly impressed by their off-site food service - building every dish on request, and tending to all the details while being friendly and welcoming - this has to mean good things for the way they do their in-house food preparation. Having a nice spot to visit in this part of town will make this a must for future trips to the Mexican section of Chinatown.

Totally unexpected little place downtown with a cool vibe, ah-may-zing street tacos and custom flavored margaritas and tequila flights. The food quality is great and pay attention to the custom tequila clock and the tequila of the day specials for a great deal. Passionate, friendly staff and a great experience, plus they are open late.
