Simply Barbeque

Typical barbecue restaurant. Starting out with the barbecued appetizers on a grill, followed by a buffet and desserts. The food is great, no complaints there. I went there with my family and we all opted for the vegetarian menu, and everything was nice. There was a good variety in the main course and starters. There weren't many dessert options to choose from. And I would have preferred having one complimentary mocktail per meal as well. There was football streaming; there was also a live musician performing throughout. Had a good, enjoyable evening, in short.

Now a days there are so many joints with BBQ name, but, the question has alwaya been ....what's the difference ? Well , the difference is always what variety of starters you can have Well simply BBQ, has a wide variety of starters , from crispy veg , popsicle alootikki , crunchy aloo, Italian style paneer, to grill like paneer , fantastic mushroom , corn and pineapple . The starters plays the game . While maincourse is generic with noodles to roti sabji , it's decent Sweets , yes that's good news for sweet tooth, with cake and pastry to rabdi, to gulab jamun to kheer, and not to forget , live counter will keep your stomach ore occupied for very long time

⏺"Simply Barbeque" - Simply Barbeque brings the excitement and enthrallment of barbeques right under your nose with sheer elegance and the minimal of fuss.I'll only say 'Simplicity at its Best'. . ⏩What I had there - . ⏺Appetizers - ▶Veg Lolly Pop - A perfect bite sized treats for everyone which sounds tempting & tastes delicious. All the ingredients were bound into a mixture of mashed potatoes & then shallow fried goes perfectly with tomato ketchup that you'll want to eat more. It had crispy & crunchy texture & would taste more better if they increase the spiciness. ▶Aloo Pohe Ki Tikki - Incomparable authentic snack which has unique texture & taste. Made with boiled mashed potatoes & spices then made into tikkis. Then tikkis were coated in Poha (flatten rice) & deep fried in oil. Crunchy tikkis that you can't stop with 1/2 of it. Recommended!❤ ▶Mutton Wrappers - They may not seem tempting at first sight but don't judge the book my its cover. Small mutton wraps which consist of juicy minced mutton cooked in a hot spice mixture & stuffed in a roll shaped wrap. Taste was up to the mark & mutton was cooked well & fresh. Recommended! . ⏺On Grill - ▶Achari Paneer Tikka - Achari Paneer Tikka is a kind of lip smacking starter which none of us can resist! Paneer tikka marinated in achari flavor & then nicely grilled till they turn golden brown. The soft & juicy morsels of paneer coated with spicy & tangy masala were delight to eat. ▶Grilled Dalchini Pineapple - Pineapple spears was sprinkled with dalchini & then caramelized on grilled. This will be one of the most amazing sides you grill this summer. It was juicy, delicious & grilled to the perfection. I was hooked with this cinnamon glazed grilled pineapple. Highly Recommended!❤ ▶Tandoori Tangdi - I'm tangdi sucker!!! Tandoori spiced chicken drumsticks were grilled to juicy perfection. A succelent tandoori speciality of grilled chicken legs marinated in a tandoori sauce.Chicken was spicy & luscious. Recommended! . ⏺Main Course Buffet I was almost stuffed with the appetizers but the buffet was quite big with different dishes. Didn't try all the items but whatever I had was freaking tasty. . ▶So first I went for Veg manchurian. It was tasty & coated with thick flavorful sauce. Gobi Manchurian one of my favourite Indo -Chinese food & this lived up to expectations. Next I took noodles. Noodles were perfectly cooked & tossed with veggies. Not too sticky & with perfect slightly crunchy texture. ▶Butter Chicken & Naan - Finally I had good butter chicken after so many days. It was at its best. Luscious & sweet as usual & went good with naan. ▶Dal Tadka & Steamed Rice - All time fantastic combo! The velvety dal with aroma of chilies,garlic & spices paired perfectly with steamed rice. Its consistency wasn't too thick nor too thin.Had it till last bite. . ⏺ Desserts - ▶Mango Tarts - Incredibly impressive at looks & heavenly delicious & fresh. The sweetness & richness of mango combined with a light creamy filling & crunchy crust. Again I'm not a mango person but I don't even remember how many mango tarts I had that day. ▶Chocolate Pastry - If this chocolate pastry does spell the death, it is sure to be followed by heaven!Crumbly chocolate cake with cream & melted chocolate. Fresh pastry with smooth texture & divine taste.Highly Recommended!❤ ▶Rabdi - It was more like Basundi but whatever it was, it was freaking delicious. Rich & thick in consistency with sweet taste & creamy texture. Ground almonds gave the dish an outstanding flavor. Recommended!❤ . All -in -all, More than starters I liked main course & buffet a lot.Apart from this the service was so impressive & staff was attentive. Few starters were not marinated perfectly but that can be improved. The interior is quite attractive and it's very spacious than other BBQ. Food quality was good, Infact every item has some different taste and value. Cleaniness is one of the parameters which attracts many of the repetitive customers again and again. Staffs of were good in nature. Overall service is very satisfactory.
