Lucky Wok

I am a handyman and find myself in the neighborhood at least once a week. I LOVE this place. I have ordered just about everything on the menu and have been very satisfied. In my mind, here's what makes a place 5 stars. The food is always fresh and made with authentic ingredients. The sauces are spot on. If you want 0,1,2,3,4 pepper hot you get it. The serving size is large and they don't skimp on the protein. The price is very reasonable. They use minimal salt and oil. I am so pleased that my entrees don't float in an oil bath. Now just so you understand, they serve in "to go" boxes and include plastic utensils. I like to dine in at the restaurant so the food is fresh out of the wok and the vegetables are crisp. I totally enjoy their lunch box meals. I see the delivery driver is kept very busy. They mostly do take out but there are always a couple of tables available.

I loved Lucky Wok. Every Sunday I'd order while I watch The Walking Dead. This week, I noticed that the General Gau chicken contained NO chicken. It is all breading and oil. This is a complete waste of money. Why this switch? Financial trouble? Jeez, this is bad. Everyone: if you want chicken... Try ordering elsewhere. This is really disappointing, as ordering from Lucky Wok was very, very convenient. I will be ordering from elsewhere next time I am feeling Chinese.

I orderd 3 app combo thinking like any other place that this includes rice but no it dose not, the food is delicious but i was dissatisfied when i payed 16$ including tip to find that it dosnt come with rice and it broke my heart because it was really the only thing i looked forward too. I looked everywhere to see if there is any statement that this dose not come with the meal and there is nothing that states it leaving me to assume like most places that it actually dose not
