As a second-generation Sicilian American with a discerning palate, I can confidently declare that Pizza Shack in Raleigh offers the best pizza in the entire Raleigh area. Having sampled pizzas from every corner since my move from Boston, nothing quite captured the essence of true Italian flavors until I discovered Pizza Shack. What sets Pizza Shack apart is their commitment to authenticity and freshness. The pizza is crafted to order, ensuring a delightful freshness that distinguishes it from the rest. The commitment to using only fresh, never frozen, ingredients is evident in every bite. What truly stole my heart was the last-minute garnish – a touch that reflects the chef's passion and dedication to cooking with love. It's not just a pizza; it's a culinary masterpiece. Pizza Shack has become my go-to spot, and I can't recommend it enough to anyone who appreciates genuine, mouthwatering pizza!

Great spot! We ordered takeout on Friday night online and within minutes of placing the order, the owner called to let us know they had run out of ham for the Hawaiian and had us choose an alternative ingredient. At the shop, the owner was the only person working and he said on Fridays he lets the staff go home early so they can enjoy the evening. Besides the pizza being great, you can't beat a great local owner! We will definitely be ordering from here again.

we love this place. having had the experience of eating legit ny style for a few years with a brick oven place a couple blocks from out apartment up north - that was one thing we really missed when we moved down here. this has been the closest/best we've found. this isn't exactly the same - so don't have those expectations - but it is a very delicious attempt...and much better than the chain places. we're a family that gets everything delivered; from take out to groceries - but i'll happily drive over to pick these up.

The owner is always friendly, super nice, and the pizza is the best around. The wings are pretty good too! I go out of my way to order from here when I get pizza. I use to order because I lived right around the corner but moved three years ago. I will purposely drive 20 mins to get this pizza instead of having other company's deliver it. I HIGHLY recommend trying it out! you'll be glad you did.
