The prices are not cheap but they have a great selection of books, especially anything that's relevant or on the best-seller lists. The customer service is great. I was looking firva couple of books in particular for my wife's birthday and they had most of the employees searching for them until they found each one. The Starbucks cafe seems nice and quiet and the entire store is very clean, bright, and open. I will definitely be back soon.

Caitlan R was really great in her customer service & very knowledgeable in her expertise of Fantastic Books & Where To Find Them. I came in for The Ballad Of Songbirds & Snakes but also wanted a book on Spanish, she went in the back & got me a fresh hardback copy of The Ballad Od Songbirds & Snakes as well as took me to foreign language section & suggested a book on how to learn spanish. Also it was nice to have a nerdy conversation about books 📚 as well. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone curious to find a good book, I would buy her a beer 🍺 & yall should give her a raise! 💸

I've never been treated so horrendously. I was there to spend a great deal of money...and there were so many employees present one would assume you'd have absolutely no problem getting any assistance you may need. The only time I saw the employees though were when they were following myself and my two friends around the store. I've never been made to feel so bad in all my life. When we decided to leave without making a purchase the person at the front doors asked if there was anything my friend would like"desensitized" from his bag. We knew what they were getting at and he volunteered to empty all his contents. Then after leaving a manager and employee come running out and tell me I did not show them my bag and I said I did not volunteer to and couldn't believe they would even think that after we stood in front of them for 10 mins while my friend empties his bag. We watched as 5 other people were treated the same way... actually every person exiting the store were being treated as thieves for no reason. This is a shame considering I had planned to spend hundreds myself and love this store...because I will NOT return here.

Wow this Barnes & Noble is big I’ve never seen any place bigger and there is an upstairs and downstairs and the staff are so nice actually the staff helped me so much that they gave me so much information I was a little overwhelmed it was awesome it was great I loved this Barnes & Noble a lot of choices bright lights we and see if you feel like reading all day come check it out I love this place nice place
