Lady asked me if i wanted olives so i said yes to that and instead she put pickles and pepperonchinis on it so a different lady picked it all off then handed it back. poor customer service. then i had to leave and come back because they wouldn’t accept my card, only cash.

this is my favorite sandwich place in reno!! although they are typically busy, they work diligently and always have the freshest of ingredients. overall, 5/5 stars!

I've had a lot of trouble with Port of Subs lately, but I went here and was pleasantly surprised! They not only worked together to get orders done quickly, but my sandwich was perfect! So, THANK YOU!

I love the sourdough bread here, and the crunchy garlicky pickles. I usually also order double meat. Really great sandwiches, and is one of 2 my go to sandwich places. I also appreciate how friendly their employees are.

I love to get sandwiches here! The manager lady always recognizes me and makes me feel like a valued customer. All the employers try their best to keep every one happy. I love this place.

My go-to every time! So fast and fresh. Great customer service! I drive to this specific location, even if it’s a little further away. They have been doing great following all COVID-19 guidelines! 🙂

Along with Baskin Robbins next door, this Port of Subs has been here for several decades and is consistent in the quality of food. Overall a great place.
