Fast, efficient service of tasty beers on tap. The bartender was a good conversationalist and shared a ready laugh and offered helpful tasting suggestions.
We didn't try the food, but the plates that passed us by certainly looked appealing--and the dining room was busy!
Don't skip this one, and make sure to ask about the brew pots behind the bar!

Walked in sat for 5 minutes,lady bartender was too busy texting on phone to take an order. Another guest who had seated themselves had to go up to counter and call her to take an order. She walked right past me, never acknowledged my existence. I fly in and out of Reno often, I'll make sure everyone knows to wait downstairs. Now I know why Vino Bolo is always full. I'd give them a -5 if I could.

This place was horrible. Staff was rude, inattentive, and cared less. As most airport bars can get busy, we expect some waiting. No one would clear any table so we could sit. We asked 3x's. We had no interaction from any worker for 10 minutes. Eventually we were able to order drinks, of course...what was on the menu was not available. I ordered the chili and was warned that it was extremely HOT- I've had warmer beer at the lake. The food was cold and the service was horrendous. I'd expect this place to close soon.

Bartender was rude and hostile. I was going to sit and order something. She purposely stood between me and the seat while sweeping the floor, and wouldn't let me sit down before figuring out what I wanted to order.

How do you score a tap house as you wait to board?
Usually the winning factor is speed of service. In our case our flight was delayed by 30 minutes. Now this place became an oasis to us .
To relax, be served a proper drink by a very friendly bar tender.

Got a 6 hour layover and was cut off after 3 hours of sitting at the bar having only 3 beers and 2 mixed drinks. I was never disrespectful nor loud and unruly, yet was not allowed any recompense. 0/10 would not recommend this airport, very expensive and not customer friendly.

Low key place to get some beer before flight. Bartender was very friendly and the local Nevada 'Icky' IPA was nice and cold... Of course airport beer prices as to be expected. Didnt try the food as we ate befor getting to airport.
