Again this place messed up my order, I had ordered two triple cheeseburgers with my order and they where both single with 3 cheeses! I also ordered two Sundays and the sauce was literally on the side of the container, both of them and they where place in the bag like hello. Your night crew is the worst I’ve ever seen!

Ordered a number 2, large, no onion with a tea. Used 20% off coupon. Order box and windows repeated my order back to me three whole times...Still forgot my fries and it looks like I have extra onion on my burger. Didn't notice the weight difference without the fries as they've put a stack of napkins two inches high in the bag. Over 60 napkins. Drive through wait was about 15 min and they are a 20min drive away. Not worth it to go back, extremely frustrating. $8 for a single burger that was made wrong and drink. Employees at windows were nice, but what the actual hell happened lol

Definitely give this place a 1! I should know better to not order anything ice cream related because the machine is always "broken" but I saw the new ad out for the shamrock Oreo mcflurry. I tried ordering that and even before I could finish she blatantly shouted said we're out of ice cream like what the heck! Thats all I wanted to order so since they don't post what they don't have had to sit in the line for 20 min with the cars ahead of me waiting for their food!

This location just needs to close all together. I understand not to expect much from fast food but this is the second time I’ve thrown 15 dollars in the trash from this location. Owners are completely checked out by the examples of their employees and food prep or lack of. Ordered a number 2 deluxe and six piece nugget tonight waited 25 mins. Received a bag with a box of a stale bun with 2 Pattie’s non melted cheese and nothing else no condiments. Had a 4 piece nugget and the nuggets were hard and stale as well no fries at all, threw it straight in the trash. A lot of business has suffered from the pandemic understandabley, but if you cannot even deliver edible products it’s time to close up shop.

This has happened several times in Reno NV at different restaurants in different parts of town. This store opens at 5am it’s 545 and it’s closed... there’s one vehicle outside. I have never seen so many businesses opening late like I have here in Reno. Never report things or leave reviews but I was laughing at how embarrassing this is for these big companies. Called corporate... sorry not sorry my son wanted his McGriddle and I wanted my coffee you all at this location ruined our morning LOL have a great day!

Ordered crispy chicken sandwich with no bun and add lettuce and tomato. I got a plain chicken patty with two small tomatoes and a light sprinkle of shredded lettuce. It was a mess and not worth the extra money spent to add items. Also where were the other topping that go on the sandwich? Did not ask for it plain.

After reading all the reviews below that aren’t the greatest. I can 100% support the fact that this place USED to be a DISASTER . Literally. But I will say one thing that is genuinely factual about my latest 5 stops at this McDonalds. I noticed they have a new manager. Even from ordering drive through or from inside you can see he has the team organized and there is no visual observation of flurry or panic like you usually see at most McDonald’s. The quality of the last few orders of mine were all SPOT ON . The fries perfect and the McDoubles tastier than ever ! When I notice change . Especially a good one, I do my best to address it. Shoutout to the new manager here and the new team on ensuring quick orders done with quality of food in mind at the same time. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏 Best wishes for the future of this location.
