Taco Bell

If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. But i cant so I give them 1 star. Around 1:15 to 2AM on December 30th I went to Taco Bell to use my customer satisfaction coupon given to me from Taco Bell corporate. Informing them of my coupons and placing my order they originally denied me the chance to use my coupons until they saw them.I received my food I paid for one rice and bean burrito And used my “two free item coupon” for two crunch wraps. Upon opening my crunchwrap to eat, I noticed that the meat was only put on half of the crunch wrap and was less product than what is advertised. I called the store with no answer to let them know what happened and returned to the store shortly after to ask if they could remake it because of the reasons listed above. I was told by an employee, my food was indeed made correctly and it was and adequate amount of meat and there was nothing they will do about it. I asked for my receipt and the managers name and they denied me that and threatened to call the police unless I left.

They literally had us circle around *3 times* for an online order pick-up, when gas is almost $5 a gallon, and the third time was legitimately because we “have to stop at the speaker” which they blissfully failed to tell us the first time. The manager is obscenely rude and inconsiderate. Absolutely unacceptable. A large order not being ready is fine, making us jump through hoops and wait in line THREE TIMES because we “have to stop at the speaker” even though THEY KNOW WHY WE’RE THERE, is absolute nonsense. I get you’re busy, but do better. And if you need customers to jump through silly hoops to get their online orders, inform them at the window the first time instead of forcing them to waste more gas and time. We sat in that drive-thru for 40 minutes after midnight and wound up cancelling our order.

This is probably one of the worst places I've ever been to. I work as a door dash driver. I had two orders to pick up. I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru only to be told I could on my pick up one order and that I would have to get back in the long slow line for the second again. After doing what they asked and spending another 45 minutes in the line. I get to the window and am told they don't even have the second order in their system and that I would have to get in line again to even get the first one because I didn't stop at the speaker and tell them I was there to pick it up. A bunch of losers working there.

I was looking forward to some cinnamon twist so I ordered some and when I got it I took a bite and immediately noticed something off. It was a chemical taste... Like soap. Not good. How are you gonna serve contaminated food? I know the taste of cinnamon twist and it should not taste like chemicals and leave a terrible taste in my mouth....

I mean if you feel like standing in line inside an just being ignored for 10 minutes when nobody else is in there then it's place for you. Nobody ever runs register up front. I dash too an they don't start making the doordash til you arrive so if your a dasher be prepared to wait least 10 or 15 minutes on the food to be made, make sure tell them your there or it'll never get made

Went to Taco Bell on my lunch break, They forgot part of my order even though it was ordered online and listed right in front of them. I’m already back at work and can’t leave… The GM says they “can’t” give me a refund for mobile orders but I can go online and get a refund. Unfortunately the GM apparently couldn’t explain how to go about that when I asked how…(She/He shouldn’t be a GM) worst Taco Bell I’ve been too, disappointed and out money now bc of their error…
