I went there with my wife and extended family. Half our food and drinks didn't make it to the table because they could not supply them or forgot to bring it out. The food was mediocre. To be fair the place was under staffed and there was only one cook. The staff were nice and apologetic. So one star goes to the staff.

Very nice chinese/viet fusion resto in Richmond! Interior is basically casual but dont get thrown off as we 3 found the food very good!!! The quail was amazing with a med spicy succulent sauce! Had the flaming prawns which was super delicious & the sizzling pepper beef! The Viet iced coffee with condensed milk was one of the best! Service exceptional...highly recommend this place!

Terrible Absolutely awful, I cannot believe I have to give a star, dumplings were cold, rice had hair in it, the chili sauce wasn't even a teaspoon smear! Tried to over charge me, was told it was an old menu. Unless you are literally starving, in Ethiopian terms you wouldn't choose to eat here. I cannot damn this place enough, I'm considering throwing up to make way for the toast I will eat when I get home.
