Pizza Hut

This place isnt the cleanest. The waitress'/employees were really nice but when they went out to smoke you could smell it, very strong, when other people opened the door. This is because they stood right outside the entrance to smoke. When they would come back in, they would not wash their hands. I felt kind of uncomfortable with that even though they did not handle food directly but they did carry it over to our table. We came to eat here because pizza inn was super packed but we will not be returning.

Second visit in two years. Got the same service this time as I did the last. The restaurant was empty on both occasions but the way we were treated you would think they were packed and understaffed. Impossible to get a drink refill. No one checked to see if we needed anything. Our waitress had plenty of time to vacuum the dining room while we trying to eat. She also had plenty of time to look at her cell phone. I told myself the last time that I wouldn't go back. I can't imagine going back for a third visit with terrible service like this.

I will never eat from this establishment again. It was dirty, the staff was rude and paid more attention to their conversation than to the patrons. The young man preparing the food did not have gloves on and was scratching his head and playing with his ear. When my daughter asked the cashier if she could tell him to please wash his hands and put gloves on before handling our food, she gave her a dirty look and shouted, "they want to know if you can put gloves on?" To which he replied, "I guess so". This is not only unprofessional, it is also a health hazard. I will be calling the corporate office in the morning.

Old pizza hut (building, booths, tables, bar and look) They don't participate in the buffet cards (like other Pizza Huts) so that was a let down for this traveler. Folding cardboard boxes on 2 tables in the dining area near the buffet (during lunch) is not to "customer friendly". Sorry Rockingham...not impressed...upgrade to 2019 (not 1995) and we will be back.
