Had lunch after church on Sunday. Love their famous bowl.

Average chicken but it is the only place in town for it. Don't go around 2-4 PM. Their chicken has been sitting around to long by then.

Terrible service if I eat here and will not again after ordering then they tell to pull forward then they wait till the 3 orders behind me are ready before they bring my food and it's cold rogersville store is terrible tired of eating cold food from there and paying for it

Ordered a 12 piece family meal drive a hour home and only have 9 piece left out all 3 breasts. Called spoke to manager and NOT ONE time did he say am sorry. His comment was oooo great and do you have your receipt. He also said can you pick up missing item in next 7 days. NO I live hour away and won't be back that way for at least 2 weeks.

Don't bother using Mobile ordering. Even when you show up 30 minutes after you place the order you still have to wait in line to get your food assuming they've even made it - 10-20 more minutes. Empty parking lot empty drive thru. Ridiculous.

The food is great. But the staff is young teenagers and are rude and try to rush you to get you out so they can all horse play. I always order online and pick up. Because I refuse to try to.order at the drive thru or inside because of the attitude and atmosphere
