Echo And Rig

My Husband and I made last minute reservations here to celebrate our anniversary. The service was truly amazing. Our waiter was so kind, understanding, and attentive. We are Muslim and were informed some choices of meat were actually Halal to our surprise. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients in the dishes. The food was also amazing, definitely no complaints from us. The Calamari was SPECTACULAR. We will be adding Echo and Rig to our normal date spots. Thank you again!

My favorite restaurant in DoCo! This restaurant offers very comfortable seating, amazing service, and delicious food. My mom and I came here for lunch to catch up with each other, and they were so helpful in choosing what to eat. Our server had plenty of knowledge about the source of their ingredients, and offered great suggestions that fit our palate. The meats used in both of our sandwiches were very good, and the cuts were generous. We caught up for almost 3 hours, and they were very considerate not to disrupt our conversation. We will definitely be back for dinner. It does help that the cocktail was strong and we very much appreciated that.

Kim, our server, along with all the runners bussers and bartenders were outstanding Not only did she make great recommendations our food came to us with an explanation of what the components were on the plate, where they were sourced, etc Had a friend in from out of town and the food was great but the service was personal, recommending to everyone I know!

We had an absolutely perfect evening at Echo and Rig. Even though we were running late, we were greeted graciously and sat quickly. The manager greeted us as soon as we were sat, and then the waiter introduced himself and consistently provided incredible service throughout the evening. The menu offered a lot of great choices, so we tried several items that were all delicious. They even brought out a small portion of the bacon for us to try. The cocktails were incredible, and the food was perfect. It is one of the best dining experiences we've ever had, and we will definitely be back. I have to say the exceptional staff made our experience at Echo and Rig a truly memorable experience.

Went here for my sister's 30th birthday. It was such a great experience, and I can't wait to be back! The service was AMAZING. We were given free champagne and appetizer for my sisters birthday. We all ordered different plates, and not one of us was disappointed. The wine was delicious as well. One of the managers even came out to say hello and make sure we were having a good time. Can't wait to be back and try more items from the menu. Thank you for having us ♡

Have to give a shoutout to Stephanie the manager and Zach our server here, they were both phenomenal, personable, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about not only the food here but also their customer experience. Two of us dined here on a Tuesday night, not too busy and very attentive staff. We were greeted personally by the manager of the restaurant at our table, making us feel very welcome. Drinks: I had the Pisco Sour since I love Whiskey sours and I was not disappointed, 5/5. My gf had “The Pig and the Lady” it was sweeter drink but perfect for her and I’d by lying if I said I wouldn’t order it haha, 5/5 Food: I had the Ribeye Cap, my girlfriend had the roasted chicken with fried rice, Ribeye cap is 5/5 (I had the mushroom brandy sauce) but it didn’t need the sauce to be great. I tried her chicken and for me would be 4/5, the bite I had was a little dry. We ordered sides of Mac n Cheese and Roasted Garlic Mash potatoes, both exceptional. But the star of the night was a surprisingly comped starter of the fried spinach salad, this is a MUST get when you visit! It’s fresh, variety of flavors and a little kick (which we love) from the fresh jalapeños. We capped off the night with a dessert that was also comped when the manager came by and said we had to try the Caramel Turtle ice cream dish, and she wasn’t wrong, highly recommend. Overall service was just exceptional, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they seem to take a genuine interest in you or your likes. Ambiance was nice, gave us Cafe bar, casual fine dining vibes. All of this for less cost than a lesser experience at other steak houses we’ve tried in the area! We will be back!
