This location hands down deserves nothing less then 5 stars. My visit started off a little rough with a slight bit of confusion with my mobile order, but manager monique to the rescue, it's hard to find a manager at any establishment these days that gives enough care to handle a situation so professionally. I will admit I was a little hot and I can be semi intimidating when I get heated up but she stepped up was extremely polite and professional her and her employees handle tthe situation perfectly.... thank you monique and team for showing some people do still care and the customer. you've. got my business!!!

This review deserves more than 5 stars. In my opinion, Andrea is the best barista in the store. He is so professional and gives outstanding customer service. I usually order a passion tea lemonade with no sweetener and a toasted everything bagel with a side of cream cheese and my order always comes out perfect and in a timely matter even though they are extremely busy. I recently overheard he will be transferring to an out of state Starbucks and I believe the store is losing an incredible asset. I will surely miss seeing him everyday.

Had to catch a 0635 Amtrak, stopped to pick up a Vanilla Bean Trap. Both employees were polite and courteous. Even with the many phone in orders, I only had about a five minute wait. Store was very clean, and organized. The rest rooms were very clean compared to other Starbucks I've been in. This is a Starbucks I will definitely stop on again.

This is not a regular Starbucks because it is by the train depot. There is not really a group that hangs out here. The place was on the go all the time I was there. They have what they called "mobile orders". From what I could pick up from the seating area you could call in your order in about 30 or 45 minutes early and on your way to work you swing by and pick it up. It was like clock work.

Did not have the ingredients to create my Requested Beverage. Spelled my name wrong. Entire staff seem to act somewhat confused about their role in the day. At least the shop is clean and it has a good bathroom. Old homeless woman outside ask me to buy her a chocolate chip cookie. I declined. Doesn't have any shoes. Her feet are as black as night. At least The drink I was provided was delicious and hot.

Long wait turned shorter by manager. I was looking to catch a train and the line was long and I just wanted a large coffee. The girl at the register was new and very nice to all the customers, but she got behind and a line out the door formed. The manager jumped in and got the line taken care of in like 3 minutes.
