Chick-fil-a

I accidentally left my debit card in the card terminal and luckily a patron gave it to the employees at the restaurant. Employees Blessing and Griffin were so incredibly helpful and nice at tracking down my card and were so reassuring they had it and had remembered me since I was helping a friend at the other register and got distracted and that’s why I didn’t take my card out. Thank you for employing upstanding and honest employees like Blessing and Griffin as I didn’t have any additional charges to my bank account and I safely got my card back!

It was Chick-fil-A, so of course I didn't get photos of the food before we woofed it down. Everything was done perfectly. The kid who made my cone made it like the advertisements. He's an artiste. Everybody was hurrying to keep up with the lunch rush so tbh there wasn't a line at ordering, and really not much wait for the food. They had more staff than I've ever seen at a food court restaurant, which was great for customers. And what a view from the tables.

I read on the CFA website that they had a drive thru. I was skeptical thinking how they would have a drive thru when it is a food court location. So I ordered on the app for curbside thinking that was more likely to be accurate. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they do in fact have a drive thru. The drive thru line is on Regent St. (the same street by The Cheesecake Factory). The whole process was fantastic and is definitely a game-changer. Which might also not be a good thing since I work downtown and love CFA.
