During the latest visit it was a busy Friday night in the area. The drive though was starting to wrap around the building, so we decided to order inside and wait for our takeout order. Placing our order was easy. The wait for the food took a while, but considering the place was super busy and our order came out correct that was no problem. We enjoyed the typical Whataburger fair burgers and I tried the chop cob dinner salad, it was all good.

We're only here for vacation so hopefully I never have to go back! I went through drive and placed an order for 2 combo meals. They left the onion rings out of my bag. Yes shame on me for not checking before I left but shame on them for not checking before I left. I called back when I got to my hotel and the manager seemed really nice and asked that I bring my receipt and my order will be replaced. Fine! Well I get there and the cashier didn't want to remake my sandwich because I apparently already had it and was just missing onion rings. Who wants a cold burger with fresh onions rings? So he gets another manager, not the one I spoke to and she said they would do it just let them drop fresh onion rings. Great!!! Well it was lies! The burger was replaced but the replacement was terribly made and messy. I did get the onion rings that I drove all the way back for BUT THEY WEREN'T FRESH!!! What was i even waiting for!!!??? Horrible service! Horrible staff! I didn't even ask for a refund just make my food right!!

It’s literally the worst they always forget the sauces for my chicken tender meal, the managers are the sweetest and really understanding about the situation but the workers need more training I heard a girl that was on curbside I guess on the phone with her AirPods in cussing out loud.

I like to get breakfast from here time to time but unfortunately not anymore and I won’t be returning. The cashier Brianna was rude! She got upset and sighed because I told her can you give me a few minutes… I guess that wasn’t convenient for her. I was ready so I was going to order then she said can you hold on … I’m thinking why?? Now she’s doing it back to me? Completely quiet and I waited and I shouldn’t have!! Then she says oh have you been helped? Like really!! Ugh ! I told her I’m waiting for you! Proceed to order then pull up the girls are so not friendly, no greeting or a hi! Should have known with these young girls. My order took forever and I spoke to the manager about the cashier taking my order , the same girl who took my order gave me my food with her face turned the other way. I agree with other reviewers these kids are rude! I won’t be coming here anymore

I don't eat here much any more. It seems that it's a very difficult task to package the correct order. So I just come here for the hot cinnamon rolls. They are always hot....thank you Whataburger!

The drive thru line was way too long so I figured I'd get off. Ordered the chicken strip meal with gravy and a chicken strip sandwich with a side of gravy. 30 minutes! later my food came out and my strips had no gravy and was missing my side gravy .
