I went here for the birthday party of a good friend. Plusses: - The drinks were very good. I had a Hemingway that was delicious, and they make a good old-fashioned according to my friend. - The decor is fun - low lighting creates a good atmosphere - They have a private space at the back you can book for parties - There is an actual DJ, so it's almost clublike, although no dancing on the main floor Downsides: - The wait for drinks was at least 20 minutes every time. We'd send someone off, he or she'd disappear for half an hour, and finally return once we'd almost forgotten we sent him/her. - Said DJ plays way too loudly. It's kind of hard to hear people talk, especially girls like myself with high feminine voices...

This social place has really great specialty cocktails. If you're looking for a quick drink after work, this isn't the place for you. The drinks are handcrafted and a lot of effort goes into making them. They have an intimate setting in the back of Cantina. Perfect for date night or relaxing with close friends.

This place definitely hits the target for a laid back atmosphere, chill crowd and quite good-looking eye candy, great music filtering upstairs and downstairs, and the drinks?? On point. What makes this place so awesome? It's the drinks. Definitely makes me want to come back time and time again. Laughing Buddha (reminded me a bit like a moscow mule but subtle with the slice of spicy ginger), good choice of beers and Pisco Punch (my favorite). You can sit by the bar or get settled in the small alcove area towards the back or downstairs. I like the dim lighting, cool bartenders, and everything about it lures me back for more. Especially the drinks. Did I mention that part already? Just saying. Perfect place for a date, hang out spot, or somewhere to grab an awesome cocktail before heading out to go dancing (The Cellar is nearby), I would highly suggest Cantina!

Great bar in the Tendernob (Tenderloin-Nob Hill) area. They have lots of great selection of cocktails with good use of fresh fruits. The caipirinha and margarita are both excellent. They are also included in their happy hour menu from 5pm - 7pm daily. Cantina does not have food, so you will have to make do with the fruits in your drinks. Great place to hang out and have refreshing drinks.
