Jersey Mike's Subs

Arrived in shop around 1 o’clock couldn’t find anybody to wait on us stood there for 10 minutes kept asking and they said they’re too busy right now. This is the second time this has happened at that location. However there were four people behind the counter playing with the lettuce allowing the worker who took the orders to slice the meat and do everything else. What kind of business model is this?

Only tried this place cuz I got a gift card for them for Christmas, but I now KNOW that Jersey Mike's is GREAT! You can order online, change up the sandwich the way you want, and then roll through and pick it up on your way to work (which is what I do), however one time I got down and actually asked the guy (ended up being a Manager) to make it in front of me, and it was right the specs! The guy really went all out for me, gave me a lot of meat (probably more than usual, I don't know)! They do make a terrific, delicious sandwich (YES, much better than Subway), worth the money! I'm a fan now, and I'll probably go back after I finish up the money on the gift card!

Went to Jersey Mike's with my wife and 3 kids and found we were the only ones there. We ordered our 5 meals and proceeded to watch the staff make 7-8 meals ahead of us that were phone in orders. The staff never apologized for the wait or even explained why we were having to wait, but worked in awkward silence as we stood there for 15 minutes to finally have our orders started. This was very disappointing that they didn't have a dedicated worker for walk-in guests. I won't be going back if they continue to take phone-in orders or do not have a dedicated person working the walk-up line.

I love Jersey Mikes. The best sub's around. I am a Jersey girl anyway and my dad owned a catering and deli. I'm learned how to make sub's in the 70's as a teen. Jersey Mikes makes them the way I use to. I get at least one sub a week for hubby and me. Great job guys and girls! Keel up the great work.!
