I will literally drive past three Starbucks every day on the way to work, but this is the only one that I will go to. The coffee is always perfect. The staff is so kind and the service is fast and professional. Tammy is the best! She always makes my day when I see her at the window. Best Starbucks, hands down.

Terrible unprofessional slow service. Had to wait 12mins at the speaker before hearing from anything. Horrible customer service.

I am a pretty frequent customer of this location since construction started across the street. Every time I’ve gone in, the staff has been friendly, courteous, and spot on with my orders.
Today, I went in for a pretty specific drink order, and when I took my first sip, it wasn’t correct. Brought it back, and the individual I spoke with remade it no questions asked. She asked that I take a sip to make sure it was correct, and when I did, it was spot on.
Highly recommend this location.

Great Starbucks! Staff is always friendly, and they are frequently busy. Usually when I go in the afternoons, they are so busy that they forget to do my order (or someone else’s) so sometimes there is a long wait trying to get the attention of the barista to ask for your order. However, they are always very apologetic and work quickly to get your drink to you. Such a friendly staff! I love coming here!

I absolutely love this location as far as customer service. Almost every single employee takes the time to remember small details about every customer. For me i like the cold lid with the smaller whole when I get sweet cream foam on my latte. Jackson. Valerie and the blonde shift manager are by far the best employees. They deserve recognition! As far as menue selection Starbucks annoys me how they get rid of some of there best flavors. The other thing that annoys me is the choice of cold cups with straws. They never get enough when they order. I have found a better selection at target but you cant use your points at target locations 😡
