The cup station requested to use a glove. There were no clean gloves on the table. There were dirty ones on and all around the floor. The frozen yogurt was very good and lots of topping to choose from, which is the best part. The guy working wouldn't let us put our own toppings on but customers after us did. We came here because we wanted to do the toppings ourselves, if we wanted someone to do it for us we would have gone to pinkberry.

Very expensive. Low quality. Meh customer service. I had never been to this shop but I took a chance and I learned not to come back. The froyo was mostly tasteless and I thought there were ice crystals in mine from improper freezing . But the prices were very high the mix in selection was the best part. The clerk wasn't mean but never said more than "$ 23.54 ". I learned my lesson and won't be back.

For me, a four star rating is the threshold between "go" and "not go." The way I see it is, if I wouldn't buy something on Amazon or stay at a hotel with less than four stars, than I sure as hell won't eat at or from somewhere with less than that. This place rightfully falls on the cusp. I'm no frozen yogurt connoisseur, but the froyo was no different than anywhere else. I've seen better and worse selections of froyo. But it also doesn't help that two of the ~10 machines were down. Compared with my beloved Yogurtini, there wasn't a huge selection of toppings. But what they did have was good enough for me and I have no complaints there. However, $9 for a relatively small cup of froyo. Unacceptable. Reevaluate your prices and get those two broken machines up and running and then we'll talk. Otherwise it's Pinkberry all the way... even with their fake smiles.

My friend and I were enjoying our beautiful day and went in for frozen yogurt. We walked in and went to get our cups. We didn’t even notice the glove box on the counter when the rude employee yelled at us to put gloves on. We both put one glove on and started pouring our flavors. Meanwhile, she was glaring at us, making us uncomfortable. My friend used her ungloved hand to push down the bar and the employee, again, yelled at us to use the gloved hand to operate the machinery. She continued to stare. We did not mind at all using gloves or using the machines with gloves. It was the fact that she yelled at us about it instead of being courteous and explaining the rules beforehand.
