Whole Foods Market

This place is really not so bad. And the service is pretty good. I eventually checked it out because it is next to Hollywood Feed, and I am an Amazon Prime member. We had trouble accessing my membership (you have to be a member to get the discounts), but the cashier was patient and helpful 👌 😀 👍 🙂 I love their overall selection, especially the fresh veggies and bread. 🍞 🥖 🥐 😋 🥦🌶 oh, also, one of the only places in town with habanero peppers 🌶 😋 😄

Kind of disappointing compared to other Whole foods I have been to. It was post Easter weekend so I understand their stock was low, but the selection of meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, and baked goods (even if they had not been depleted) was lack luster. Willing to give them another chance in a different season though.

I live in Baton Rouge but travel to Shreveport often for work and I usually stop by on my way back home. I have put off a review for a while now because perhaps it was just a bad experience. However, all the ready made (bakery, pizza, sushi, smoothie/coffee) area has workers with bad attitudes. Countless times they have responded rude for simple questions, 75% of the time I have found that the response is that they will not go above to make fresh food because it is too late in the day. It is currently 6:00pm and the store doesn’t close for 3 more hours. Whole Foods used to have great customer service but now they act like we (the customers) should feel privileged that they would even serve us. For the price of products at this store I would expect the best customer service possible. I give one star for the register staff as they are always friendly.

Nice and clean premises. The people are super nice and helpful. They are taking good COVID-19 measures by cleaning shopping carts at the entrance. I’ve been shopping at Whole Foods and I’d definitely recommend getting groceries from their even though it’s costlier than Walmart/ Kroger etc. It’s worth the investment.

I slip at this location on Friday due to the unsafe location they had ice dripping with no sign. Been in pain for 4 days.Received a phone call from a disrespectful lady And I'm going to do exactly what she told me to do. They never gave me c4 form to go to there doctor. B feel that I got to Except the way she talk to me and I'm in pain. Bought pain medication at dollar tree. I want call yall nomore

Thank you corey , I traveled out of town and had a rare chance to try swordfish at a restaurant after eating the fish I was hooked 🪝 and wanted more . I made a visit to whole foods and they didn't have it in stock nor has anyone ever ask for it at this location but corey told me he could order me some it may take a while but they could get it two weeks later they got some in .... That's what you call customer service Thanks Corey !

I was really excited for this store, but knowing it was WHOLE foods, this store will empty your wallet quickly. Everything is overpriced. I love their huge selection of nuts to seeds, to even spices. I'm a big pickle lover and have seen different brands and flavors of pickles I have never seen in regular stores. They have a very nice salad bar that's self serving. The thing I was really disappointed in was their pizza bar. It's the worst type of pizza you can eat for a Whole Foods store, which I had assume they'd be healthier. They're nearly 700 calories a slice, but given they are HUGE pieces, it's fair to say they're really two slices in one. I haven't gone in here much due to the prices, but it's really nice.
