Sam's Southern Eatery

Doordash delivered me someone else's order and was unable to process a redelivery because the store was closing soon. I know it wasn't their fault but I reached out to the store first and the manager and employees were super nice and willing to fix the issue. After finding out it couldn't be redelivered by doordash, I called them back to let them know and not only were they very apologetic , one of the employees volunteered and insisted that he deliver my food. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and that I got my food 🙏🏻

Have been here several times throughout the years, but have limited visits due to them being a little pricey. Customer service was always great, and I have rarely had an order messed up, except for one time when the shrimp seemed burnt. They replaced it, plus let me have the original order. They take cash and credit.

Never been to this location before. Honestly, it is one of the better ones. A location in Southernhills does not have much flavor to me, however there was lots of spice and not too much. They also gave me an extra piece of fish! And the food was still hot after not eating it right away. Will definitely be at this location again. Worth the drive!
